About the Role
Givaudan is hiring a Key Account Manager for the KSA market to develop business with strategic customers in the Taste & Wellbeing sector. The role requires B2B sales experience in flavours, food, or ingredients, and a strong network in the region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business by creating new business opportunities and developing the project pipeline
- Partner with customers’ R&D and Marketing teams to understand their brand strategies and ensure Givaudan is well positioned
- Monitor flavour trends, competitive activity, and product development to support business goals
- Develop key accounts and prospects, follow up on customer submissions, manage wins through to production and launch
- Deliver budgeted sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or Business Studies
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in B2B Sales in Business Development or Key Account Management in international work environments
- Preferably experience with companies in the Flavours, Food, Beverage, Ingredients, Chemicals, Industrial or Packaging sectors
- Strong passion and appreciation for the world of flavours
- Good knowledge of customers, competition, and existing network
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English
- Strong business and commercial knowledge
- Excellent presentation and project management skills
- Able to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia (~30% of time)

Overview
- Givaudan is the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty.
- We are looking to expand our Taste & Wellbeing Sales team in the Middle East with a Key Account Manager role for the KSA market.
- You will be based in our Saudi Riyadh office and report to the Country Manager Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our business: Create new business opportunities and develop the project pipeline.
- Bring your passion and service our customers: Partner with customers’ R&D and Marketing teams.
- Position our products and solutions: Monitor flavour trends, competitive activity, and product development.
- Impact the bottom line: Develop key accounts and prospects, follow up on customer submissions, manage wins through to production and launch, and deliver budgeted sales.
Requirements
