- Understand regional marketing trends and apply them to fragrance development
- Participate in proactive development projects
- Collaborate directly with Perfumers to develop fragrance themes
- Interact with sales colleagues throughout the project process
Requirements
- Bachelor's or university degree in a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience in evaluation
- Competent olfactory skills: ability to define, recognize and memorize olfactory notes
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English
- Good project management skills
- Ability to create and make presentations for fragrance submissions

Position Overview
- Fragrance Evaluator for the Middle East & North Africa Home & Air Care Category.
- Part of Fragrance Consumer Products Development team focusing on Fabric & Home Care.
- Based in Dubai, reporting to Creative Fragrance Manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for briefs relating to a category/country/region or customer under CFM supervision.
- Contribute to winning briefs by selecting suitable fragrances to meet customer needs.
- Understanding regional marketing trends and applying them to fragrance development.
- Participating in proactive Development projects.

Your Professional Profile Includes
- A Bachelor's or university degree in a relevant discipline.
- A passion for the world of fragrances.
- 3+ years of experience in evaluation.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Competent olfactory skills.
- Ability to create and make presentations for fragrance submissions.
- Good project management skills.
- A team player and comfortable with cultural diversity.
