Responsibilities
- Coordinate project and sample requests from initiation to completion
- Support market product sourcing and customer requests
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Analyse data and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Manage priorities and provide support to the sales team
- Maintain project tracking tools and commercial reports
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on requests
- Share customer insights and project updates with the business team
- Partner with Key Account Managers to support customer projects and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, commercial support, customer service, or project coordination
- Experience working in international teams or across different countries and cultures
- Based in the UAE, or willing to relocate to the UAE
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional Arabic and/or French language skills may support success in this role
- Exposure to ERP systems, including SAP
- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and an organized approach to work
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams

Your future position?
- Due to continued business growth across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, we are looking for a Fine Fragrance Sales Support Executive to join our commercial team in Dubai.
- Reporting to the Area Sales Manager for MENA, you will provide commercial, project, and administrative support to help deliver customer projects and support business growth across the region.
- At Givaudan, we create fragrances that are part of consumers' everyday lives.
In this role, you will
- Support our business: Coordinate project and sample requests from initiation to completion; Support market product sourcing and customer requests; Prepare quotations and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
- Support commercial activities: Analyse data and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards; Manage priorities and provide support to the sales team; Maintain project tracking tools and commercial reports.
- Support our customers: Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on requests; Share customer insights and project updates with the business team; Partner with Key Account Managers to support customer projects and business objectives.
Your professional profile includes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
