- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted
- Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check out
- Manage and resolve any reservation related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently
Requirements
- Saudi National only (Tamayyaz Program)
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience
- Basic English skills are a must
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
