Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards
- Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross
- Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials
- Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude
- Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required
- Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
- Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Job Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well presented at all times.
- Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross.
- Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
