Some of the responsibilities include:

• Adherence to quality, health & safety, information security, and business continuity policies.
• Check, verify, and tally goods against invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
• Record quantities and weights of materials received, shipped, or processed.
• Verify and reconcile customer payments with invoices and financial records.
• Assist in reconciling bank deposits and transactions with internal records.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation related to tallying activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and report them promptly to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies.
• Support efficient handling of documentation and record-keeping processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure operational accuracy and productivity.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager.
