Position Summary
Own the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's talent planning programs.
Provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution for succession planning, talent reviews, workforce planning, career development, and internal mobility.
Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to identify talent risks and strengthen internal talent pipelines.
Succession and Workforce Planning
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes, including preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Identify critical roles, assess successor readiness, strengthen talent pipelines, and address talent and retention risks.
- Coordinate workforce planning to identify current and future talent and capability needs.
- Analyze workforce trends, talent gaps, and organizational risks and recommend actions.
Career Development and Mobility
- Develop career development frameworks and pathways that clarify growth opportunities.
- Strengthen internal mobility practices across teams and business units.
