Certificate or training in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience developing, implementing, and facilitating leadership and professional development programs.
Strong curriculum design, instructional design, and program delivery capabilities.
Experience facilitating learning programs and workshops for adult learners and leaders.
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence organizational development initiatives.
Strong understanding of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and change management principles.
Experience measuring learning outcomes and using data to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with learning technologies, eLearning platforms, or content development tools such as Articulate is considered an asset.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Physical & Workplace Requirements:
Ability to work in a professional office environment, including extended periods of sitting and computer use.
Occasional lifting and carrying of materials or equipment related to training and development activities.
Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations in person and virtually.
Travel approximately 15-20% to support leadership development initiatives and business needs.
Must be eligible to travel within Canada and the United States.
