The Accounting Intern will spend a term spanning from September to December, working with our group accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. The student will gain great knowledge of internal accounting activities and learn month end close processes in line with NFI Group policies and processes. The position will work closely with the accounting reporting team.

• Assist in various internal accounting tasks including, but not limited to, performing recurring month end tasks and preparing journal entries
• Work closely with Accounting Transactions Team Supervisor and Group Accounting Manager to ensure that deadlines are met
• Support and interact with various functional groups within Finance and Operations
• Ensure accurate reporting for the North American Bus and Coach Business Unit of the NFI Group
