Requirements
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a dedicated talent management, organisational development, or learning and development role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance management frameworks in a professional services, financial services, or regulated industry environment
- Demonstrated experience building succession planning and career pathing frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of the UAE labour market, Emiratisation requirements, and dynamics of managing a mixed national and expatriate workforce
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and translating business needs into talent interventions
- Strong data literacy with ability to analyse workforce metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership

Desirables
- Master's degree or MBA with an HR focus
- CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent professional HR qualification
- Experience working within an insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated firm
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and talent management software
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
- Experience managing or mentoring junior HR professionals
Compensation
- AED 28 35k per month + visa and medical (employee only)
