Your job is the technical screen.
You will run the vetting stage for engineering candidates: conversations built on technical fundamentals, testing what each candidate claims to know.
You will also build the systems the pipeline runs on: screening tooling, dashboards, and the automation that turns hundreds of applications a week into a small number of good decisions.
You do not need recruiting experience.
You need technical fluency, precision with language, and genuine curiosity about people.

About Maincode
Maincode is an AI research and engineering company. We build Matilda, Australia's large language model, trained, served and deployed here in Melbourne. We run our own GPUs in local data centres and we build everything above them: the racks, the training and serving systems, and the products that run on them.

Screen engineering candidates and produce the reads the team hires from; automated and built into systems you design.
