Position Summary

Work You’ll Do
As a Project - Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the team, you will be responsible for:
Developing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to address complex ad hoc talent management and workforce-related inquiries
Creating clear, executive-ready data visualizations and presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations
Supporting the Deloitte team and client in improving data development, collection, analysis, and reporting processes using databases, spreadsheets, and structured relational database queries
Partnering with federal government product owners to gather, refine, and prioritize technical requirements for web-based applications and tools
Developing test scripts and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality, usability, and alignment with business requirements
