As a Project Delivery PROJECT - Security Engineer III on the project, you will:
This role is for a Senior SailPoint Developer supporting a Dow client’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, with primary responsibility for onboarding enterprise applications into the SailPoint platform and ensuring effective identity governance across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions that automate user provisioning, access requests, certifications, role management, and identity lifecycle processes. Working closely with application owners, business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and infrastructure teams, the Senior SailPoint Developer will gather requirements, develop integration strategies, and onboard both cloud and on-premises applications while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
The Senior SailPoint Developer will provide hands-on development and customization within SailPoint IdentityIQ, including creating and maintaining workflows, rules, forms, lifecycle events, certifications, policies, reports, and provisioning solutions. The role requires experience developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and other enterprise systems. The candidate will be responsible for configuring account aggregation, identity correlation, entitlement management, automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes, and role-based access controls (RBAC) to enhance the organization's identity governance framework.
In addition to application onboarding and development, the individual will be responsible for troubleshooting complex SailPoint production issues, resolving provisioning and aggregation failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions to improve platform stability and performance. The role also involves supporting access certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD) controls, policy compliance initiatives, and audit requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IAM best practices, participate in SailPoint upgrades and enhancements, document technical solutions, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications
- Required :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 3+ years of experience within the following:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Java, BeanShell scripting, and enterprise IAM implementations, along with a deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and application integration methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role requires partnering with both technical and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Preferred:

- The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500.
- You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
