About the Role
Support the People & Culture function across talent acquisition, employee engagement, internal events, hospitality, and daily Talent & Culture activities.
The role requires organization, proactive communication, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Recruitment Support
- Support candidate sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment progress.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports.
Employee Engagement and Events
- Support employee engagement and Talent & Culture initiatives.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing internal employee events and activities.
- Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, invitations, and required event materials.
- Support employee farewell, recognition, and appreciation activities.
Hospitality and Administration
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements for visitors, candidates, and business guests.
