About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the construction industry and a proven ability to attract and hire top talent across technical and non technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially for construction roles (engineering, site, and technical positions).
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage top talent.
