- Monitor and ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation prior to execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with consultants for inspection requests and approvals
- Oversee material inspections to ensure all materials meet project specifications and are properly approved before use
- Witness and verify site and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with international standards
- Identify non conformities (NCRs), initiate corrective and preventive actions, and ensure proper closure
- Ensure all work activities and materials are traceable and aligned with QA/QC procedures and project quality plans
