- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially for construction roles
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage top talent
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Prepare job descriptions and job postings aligned with business requirements
- Assist in onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate integration
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience working within the construction industry is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Arabic speaker is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems)
