Job Title and Location

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Sharjah / Dubai, UAE.
  • Industry: Construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for construction roles (engineering, site, technical).
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting.
  • Conduct initial interviews assessing technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Maintain ATS and candidate database.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Prepare job descriptions and postings.
  • Assist in onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Construction industry experience required.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related.
  • Arabic speaker preferred.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
  • Strong experience sourcing for technical roles.
