- Monitor project finances, including budget development, expenditure tracking, and cost forecasting
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Implement and enforce quality control processes
- Inspire and motivate project team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain an effective project governance framework
- Represent the Project Company in major project related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or Construction/Project Management
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum 15–18 years in delivery of major infrastructure or utilities projects
- At least 8–10 years in senior project leadership roles of comparable scale and complexity
- Experience delivering major infrastructure projects within UAE or GCC
- Experience managing multidisciplinary contractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations
- Strong commercial and contract management capability (PPP / FIDIC type contracts)
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills; fluent English essential, Arabic is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO team and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Control and oversee the activities of the Supervision Consultant (SC) in collaboration with the PMO team.
- Oversee the OEM & installation contractors execution activities and ensure the project is completed on time and at the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders; RTA, PMO, OEMs, installation contractors, Supervision Consultant, and other subcontractors/suppliers.
- Monitor project finances, including budget development, expenditure tracking, and cost forecasting.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes.
- Inspire and motivate project team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain an effective project governance framework.
- Represent the Project Company in all major project related matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or in Construction/Project Management; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 15–18 years in the delivery of major infrastructure or utilities projects, with at least 8–10 years in senior project leadership roles of comparable scale and complexity.
- Street lighting experience is an advantage.
- Experience delivering major infrastructure projects within UAE or GCC.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations.
- Strong commercial and contract management capability (PPP / FIDIC type contracts), including change, claims and dispute management.
- Previous experience with RTA projects and/or PPP project framework is an advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills; fluent English essential, Arabic is a plus.
