The role is a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist position supporting a client of the hiring company.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams and ensure timely communication.
- Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation for successful candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
