Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements to mitigate legal risks and align with business objectives.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.
- Conduct legal research to assess potential liabilities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal issues in day-to-day operations.
- Represent the company in dispute resolution or legal proceedings when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
