Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and provide timely communication.
- Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and update stakeholders.
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain candidate pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for candidate and hiring-manager engagement.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, is required.
