- Handle end to end recruitment for roles in Saudi Arabia
- Shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Arrange interviews and follow up with hiring managers
- Prepare offers and coordinate joining formalities for KSA hires
- Share regular hiring progress reports with the team
- Prepare and organize basic HR documents for KSA hires
- Support joining formalities, collect required documents, and ensure smooth handover to KSA HR/Admin team
- Maintain accurate employee information in the HR system
- Keep employee files updated and ensure all documents are properly stored
- Provide basic support to the HR team for day to day tasks when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 3 5 years of recruitment experience, including KSA market hiring
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently

Overview
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for our KSA operations. The role is based in Dubai and requires someone who has previous experience hiring in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

- General HR assistance — Provide basic support to the HR team for day‑to‑day tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including KSA market hiring.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.
