About the Role

- Monitor the quality of service execution and process compliance within the region, identifying and reporting service quality issues, major product quality issues, and other anomalies
- Organize system problem collection and supervise system optimization implementation
- Coordinate service resources, identify abnormal situations such as insufficient and illegal use of service resources, and coordinate resources across departments
- Other key tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical / automobile engineering
- Over three years of experience in after sales service and service team management in the construction machinery industry
- Fluent in English or Chinese, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Clear logical thinking, strong abilities in data analysis and report writing, excellent communication and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical / automobile engineering
- Having experience in after sales service in the construction machinery industry, familiar with the entire after sales service process, with over three years of experience in after sales service and service team management.
- In addition to being proficient in the mother tongue language, one must be fluent in English or Chinese and possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
