- Source qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in UAE
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
