Job Description

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai Media City.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other tools
  • Coordinate office activities and support daily operations

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
