Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Dubai.
  • The specialist will manage end to end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent across various functions.
  • The role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • The specialist will maintain and update talent pipelines, manage job postings, conduct reference checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • The role will support employer branding initiatives, attend relevant networking or career events, and help improve recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real estate as a Human Resource Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Demonstrated experience in Full life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing the process from requisition to offer.
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and assessment techniques, with the ability to evaluate both skills and cultural add.
  • Experience with Hiring processes and best practices, including screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
  • Skill in Employer Branding, including crafting attractive job postings and promoting the organization across channels.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven real estate or sales oriented environment; prior real estate industry experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to fair, inclusive, and non discriminatory hiring practices.
