- Guide clients through the full property journey, from initial needs assessment and market briefing to property viewings, negotiation, and closing
- Prospect and qualify leads, maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
- Present suitable properties across key Dubai communities
- Prepare and deliver professional property presentations, advise on market trends, returns, and payment plans
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Manage documentation, update CRM systems, attend launches and networking events
Requirements
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing within a target driven environment
- Proven Real Estate knowledge or experience in Dubai or UAE markets, including off plan and secondary sales (RERA certification is an advantage)
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Comfortable working on site and in the field
- Strong organizational skills, familiarity with CRM tools
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Property Consultant role based in Dubai.
- The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property journey, from initial needs assessment and market briefing to property viewings, negotiation, and closing.
- Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors, and presenting suitable properties across key Dubai communities.
- The role involves preparing and delivering professional property presentations, advising on market trends, returns, and payment plans, and coordinating with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- The Property Consultant will also manage documentation, update CRM systems, attend launches and networking events, and uphold the company’s client first, transparent advisory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing within a target driven environment.
- Proven Real Estate knowledge or experience in Dubai or UAE markets, including off plan and secondary sales (RERA certification is an advantage).
- Consulting capabilities to assess client needs, provide strategic property advice, and support long term investment decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long term relationships.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Chinese) are beneficial.
- Comfortable working on site and in the field, conducting property tours and attending client meetings across Dubai.
- Strong organizational skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and ability to handle multiple clients and projects at once.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
