Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment process for Property Consultants and other real estate roles
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for Off Plan and Secondary Market divisions
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate feedback
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and HR team to forecast hiring requirements
- Implement and optimize recruitment tools, tracking sheets, and reporting dashboards
- Enhance employer branding through creative recruitment campaigns
- Ensure smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and management
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate recruitment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dubizzle, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities
