Overview

We are seeking a specialist in our Human Resources department to assist us in sourcing, selecting, and hiring candidates for various positions within our company.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, two to three years of experience in recruiting, familiarity with candidate selection systems, and the ability to develop strategies for sourcing potential candidates.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate closely with others across various departments.

The objectives of this role

Providing

the team with qualified specialists

Ensuring that staffing needs are met in line with long-term strategy

Developing and implementing a sourcing strategy, such as an employer branding initiative, to create pipelines for potential candidates.

Creating and implementing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience

Establishing close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations from candidates and interviewers

Responsibilities

Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

Finding candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

Compiling lists of the most suitable candidates by evaluating their resumes, portfolios, and references

Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events to create a pipeline of strong candidates

Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related documents, to share with key stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications

Two to three years of experience in recruiting or a similar position

Experience in the full recruitment cycle, using various interview techniques and assessment methods

Ability to work with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

Using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for Active Candidate Search

Ability to document processes and stay abreast of industry trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desired skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

Professional credentials such as the HR Certification Institute
