Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in full-life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Experience with hiring processes and interviewing, including assessing skills, cultural fit, and potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices and applicable local employment norms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior real estate or professional services experience is an advantage.
