Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-value property sales transactions from start to completion.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize exposure and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with market trends and new project launches.
- Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate, with strong expertise in secondary and/or off-plan sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- RERA certification preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
