- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high quality talent quickly
- Conduct professional interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, culture, and long term potential
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and industry professionals
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce new sourcing ideas
- Monitor hiring market trends and provide insights to leadership
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Take ownership of recruitment KPIs while maintaining quality over quantity
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or headhunting experience
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional networking and relationship building abilities
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast changing environment
- Creative problem solver who thinks beyond traditional recruitment methods
- Strong business mindset with excellent judgment and decision making skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail oriented, and execution focused
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
