- Fluency in English is required

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retention Agent to join our growing Forex team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and retaining an existing portfolio of clients, fostering long term relationships, and enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Retention Agent, Account Manager, or Client Relationship role within the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of Forex trading products, financial markets, and client lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving retention, revenue, and client engagement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.
- Strong relationship building and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Portuguese are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client management tools is an advantage.
