- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to build robust pipelines for niche or high volume roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, align on candidate personas, and provide regular market insights
- Represent the client brand professionally at career fairs, networking events, and across digital recruitment platforms
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), tracking key metrics like time to hire and cost per hire
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical or corporate recruitment experience (agency or in house)
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search strings, and modern talent mapping techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Middle East market experience is highly preferred

Requirements & Qualifications
