Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales agents and support staff
- Handle hiring requirements for multiple departments and companies within the Group, including operations, administration, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, and other support functions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals and corporate talent
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
- Ensure timely closure of open positions across the Group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE in Real Estate Industry
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring real estate brokers and corporate staff
- Strong knowledge of UAE hiring practices and labor market
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
