Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives and campaign launches
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas
- Produce engaging captions, reels, stories, carousels, and short form videos
- Coordinate with videographers, designers, photographers, and agents to create high quality content
- Capture behind the scenes, lifestyle, project launches, events, and corporate activities when required
- Assist in scripting videos and developing creative concepts for campaigns
- Monitor comments, messages, and enquiries across all social media platforms and respond promptly
- Support digital marketing campaigns with organic content strategies
- Monitor platform performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, video performance, lead generation, and campaign performance
- Cover company events, launches, award ceremonies, training sessions, and internal initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or real estate company
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an advantage
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of photography and mobile videography
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in UAE real estate is highly preferred
