- 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency
- Experience managing recruitment processes independently and handling multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work across different time zones when required
