Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and guide the internal recruitment team, distribute requisitions, set performance targets, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Oversee and execute the end to end recruitment lifecycle for both high volume F&B Operations and specialized Support Services roles.
  • Liaison with, evaluate, and manage contracts with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and third party manpower suppliers.
  • Act as the internal Company administrator for the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring clean data architecture, pipeline hygiene, and process automation.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and local/international career fairs.
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Departments and Operations team to forecast workforce needs, define job profiles, and calibrate selection criteria.
  • Define, track, and analyse key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire) to deliver weekly and monthly reports to the HR Manager.
  • Elevate Joud Coffee's employer brand in the market, ensuring a professional, seamless, and engaging experience for all applicants.
