About the Role
Joud Coffee is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and mentor the internal recruitment team, oversee end-to-end recruitment for F&B and support services roles, and manage external agency relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and guide the internal recruitment team, distribute requisitions, set performance targets, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed
- Oversee and execute the end to end recruitment lifecycle for both high volume F&B Operations and specialized Support Services roles
- Liaison with, evaluate, and manage contracts with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and third party manpower suppliers
- Act as the internal Company administrator for the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring clean data architecture, pipeline hygiene, and process automation
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and local/international career fairs
- Collaborate closely with Head of Departments and Operations team to forecast workforce needs, define job profiles, and calibrate selection criteria
- Define, track, and analyse key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire) to deliver weekly and monthly reports to the HR Manager

Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and platforms (e.g., GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter)
