Front Of The House (Foh)
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain hospitality standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
- Follow SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Support team members during peak hours.
Supervisor Roles
- Supervise daily outlet operations
- Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and service quality
- Coordinate shift activities and operational requirements
- Support training and performance monitoring
- Maintain operational and customer service standards
Boh Roles
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and SOPs
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
- Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and machinery
- Work closely with FOH team to ensure smooth service operations
- Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards
- Support opening and closing kitchen procedures
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
