Talent Acquisition Partner

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and craft compelling job descriptions that attract diverse talent
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing passive candidates to extending and closing offers across a range of functions and seniority levels
• Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing channels including AI-powered tools, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, building genuine relationships and ensuring a consistently excellent experience
• Leverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity, accurate data, and a compliant, efficient recruiting workflow
• Analyze recruiting metrics to surface trends and make data-backed recommendations that improve process and outcomes
• Contribute to broader Recruiting and People team projects, including employer branding, DEI sourcing initiatives, and operational improvements

Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity.

Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
