Role Overview
Join Absorb Software's HR team as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting company growth.
Recruiter with SaaS or technology organization experience preferred, with responsibility for building relationships with go-to-market leaders.
The role supports recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and nurture qualified and diverse candidate pipelines through market research, outreach, and talent networks.
- Use headhunting strategies and established pipelines to target candidates for harder-to-fill roles.
- Experiment with AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, and talent attraction.
- Act as an external brand ambassador through networking, sourcing, and social media employer branding.
- Partner with leaders on core competencies, interview assessments, recruitment processes, and market trends.
What You Need
- Five or more years of recruitment experience with go-to-market and technical recruiting experience.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in business or human resources, or relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing of passive candidates.
