Role overview

The employer is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join an educational center in Abu Dhabi.

The role manages recruitment for teachers, academic staff, administrative employees, and support staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening through interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review CVs, conduct screening calls, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, experience, and suitability for each position.
  • Maintain the candidate database and develop a strong talent pipeline.
  • Prepare job advertisements, track recruitment KPIs, and report hiring progress to management.
  • Support onboarding, complete hiring documentation, and improve time-to-hire while maintaining hiring quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent CV screening, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience recruiting teachers and education-sector staff is preferred.
  • The candidate must currently reside in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Arabic language ability is indicated by the source title.

  • The position is full-time.
  • The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Work is performed in person.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
