Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join an educational academy in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee files.
- Prepare employment offers, contracts, warnings, and HR letters.
- Support recruitment, interviews, and staff onboarding.
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with management on HR and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage.
- Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Arabic language capability is indicated by the source title.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
