Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise, technology, and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses.

We take concepts from zero to launch, and when a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands-on support to help it scale.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full recruitment engine at Sanabil Studio.

You will be the driving force behind how we find, attract, and bring on the people who build our ventures, shaping not just who joins, but how the world perceives us as a place to do the best work of their career.

The Role

  • What You'll Own Here.
  • Build and run a recruitment strategy that keeps pace with our hiring roadmap
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for all roles, from intake all the way to onboarding handoff
  • Lead proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, referrals, events, universities, and niche communities
  • Own our employer brand — how we show up, what we say, and how candidates feel about us
  • Write all recruitment content: job ads, outreach, social posts, and hiring playbooks
  • Run structured, competency-based interviews and standardize how we evaluate candidates
  • Train hiring managers on best practices and keep the process consistent across ventures
  • Manage the ATS, track metrics, and build dashboards leadership actually uses
  • Advise on compensation bands, market benchmarks, and talent availability
  • Lead offer negotiations and ensure a clean handoff to HR Ops post-signing

  • You've owned full-cycle recruitment before — in a startup or high-growth environment
  • You source proactively and don't just wait for applications to come in
  • You're as comfortable writing a sharp job ad as you are running a structured intake meeting
  • You've worked with an ATS and actually care about data and hiring metrics
  • You can manage 10 open roles and 5 stakeholders without things slipping
  • You thrive in ambiguity and build process without needing someone to hand it to you
  • Bonus: you know the Saudi or MENA talent market, or have built employer brand from scratch
