The Role

  • This is MarketsVox's first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire.
  • You won't be slotting into an existing function — you'll be building it.
  • From sourcing strategy to employer brand, from ATS setup to executive search, this role has real scope and real ownership.
  • You'll work closely with the CEO, CCO, and department heads to hire across sales, tech, finance, compliance, and everything in between — across multiple regions and time zones.

What You'll Own

  • Build MarketsVox's talent acquisition function from the ground up — processes, tools, playbooks
  • Own end to end recruitment across all departments: sales & commercial, technology, finance, compliance, and operations
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and C suite to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, niche fintech communities, and direct headhunting
  • Manage and optimise the ATS (Workable) — pipelines, reporting, job syndication across LinkedIn, Indeed, and global boards
  • Build MarketsVox's employer brand presence across key hiring markets — SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure a consistent, high quality candidate experience
  • Track and report on key TA metrics — time to hire, cost per hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rates
  • Lay the groundwork to grow and lead a TA team as headcount scales

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services
  • Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions — commercial, tech, and compliance experience especially valued
  • Hands on sourcer — you're not a coordinator waiting for CVs to land, you go and find the best people
  • Experienced with ATS platforms (Workable experience a strong plus)
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and C suite hiring processes
  • Comfortable operating across multiple time zones and regions simultaneously
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate — hybrid setup with flexibility built in
  • Fluency in English essential; Arabic or additional languages a bonus
