Role Overview
This is a part-time, remote Talent Acquisition Director role.
The role leads end-to-end recruiting strategies and processes across the organization.
The director partners with HR and leadership to align talent acquisition with broader people practices and organizational growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee workforce planning with business leaders and manage key searches.
- Design and refine hiring processes and coach hiring managers.
- Develop employer branding initiatives, including messaging, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, optimize candidate experience, and recommend talent tools and systems.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Requires leadership experience in hiring and talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder management.
- Requires experience with employee engagement, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
- Requires employer-branding experience and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Requires experience in a remote or distributed environment and strong organization and time management.
