Role Description
Oversee and optimize the firm's logistics and supply chain activities supporting operational and client service needs.
Plan and coordinate movement and storage of materials, equipment, and documentation.

Workplace and Schedule
- The role is remote and part-time.
- The position requires independent work, priority management, and deadline completion.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor logistics performance and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of resources required by different teams.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and warehouse-related functions to streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and update logistics policies, identify risks, and propose reliability and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated logistics management and supply chain management ability.
- Operations management experience aligned to organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, storage, and distribution.
- Procurement background covering vendor coordination, purchasing, and sourcing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with logistics, operations, and standard office software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
