Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Undergraduate degree or diploma in human resources, business or in a related field

2-5+ years’ recruiting experience in high volume trades recruitment

Experience in hiring salaried staff an asset

Experience in the construction and oil and gas industries an asset

Experience using an ATS system (Workday is an asset)

Familiarity with the dynamics, operations, processes and organizational interdependencies of construction and industrial services preferred

Knowledge of sourcing, selection and staffing strategies, programs, vendors and tools

Understanding of workforce-related federal and provincial employment laws and regulations

Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment

Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
