Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent
Completion of Construction Management Certificate Program or equivalent is an asset
Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM/VDC, with demonstrated leadership on large-scale construction projects.
Construction knowledge and/or related work experience is an asset.
Proficiency with key Digital Construction tools (e.g., Revit, Revizto, BIM 360/Forma) and associated workflows.
Experience with Synchro 4D Pro or equivalent 4D planning software is an asset.
Familiarity with automation and visual programming tools such as Power BI and Dynamo is an asset.
Familiarity with reality capture and survey/layout technologies is an asset.
Understanding of construction processes, model-to-field workflows, and QA/QC standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Highly motivated, self-driven individual who embraces initiative and is results-oriented.
Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
