A leading luxury real estate developer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Dubai office. The role involves developing talent acquisition strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and partnering with hiring managers.

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Manage end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements
- Use data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience and knowledge of the Construction and/or Real Estate Development sector is preferred
- Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations is required
- Candidates already in the UAE will be favoured
